Ready to book your t-shirt quilt? Add this booking to your cart and check out. You'll receive an email with a form you'll need to fill out. Once your deposit is paid via the checkout process + the form has been fill out, you are officially booked with Crafty Moose Quilts.

2025|08 August T-Shirt Quilt Booking
All deposits are non-refundable. If your quilt is cancelled with less than 2 months notice, your deposit will be forfeited. For example, if you are booked for May we need to know by March 1st if you need to reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
If you need to reschedule your project you must notify Crafty Moose Quilts at least 2 full months before your booked quilt month in order for your despoit to count toward your rescheduled booking.
