There is a magical time of day when I wish the sun would stay perfectly still. Sometimes it’s during sunrise and sometimes it’s during sunset. The sky gets painted in magical colors that bring me such peace. Hold on to those magic moments and make your own sunrise or sunset in colors that make you swoon!
Difficultly Level: Beginner. The pattern is written for non-directional fabrics so keep that in mind when choosing your palette.
Piecing Information: This pattern uses 1-at-a-time and 2-at-a-time HST techniques as well as nested seams and "stitch and flip" / "snowball" techniques. It's extremely beginner friendly due the the diagrams included and comes together quickly.
Helpful Tools: This Half-Square Triangle ruler is my go-to every time I have to trim HSTs smaller than 6 1/2". They also make these helpful rulers in larger sizes.
