Our trunk shows are designed to inspire your customers, support your fabric and pattern sales, and bring beautiful quilts into your shop for a limited time.

Who this is for:

Our trunk shows are best suited for quilt shops with an active retail presence.

To request a trunk show, you should have:

• A brick-and-mortar retail location

• A working business website

• A valid state tax ID or resale certificate

Trunk Show Overview

• Trunk shows are available for a 45-day period, which includes shipping time and approximately 30 days for in-store display.

• Availability is limited and not guaranteed; requests are reviewed and confirmed based on current inventory.

• A minimum purchase of twelve (12) patterns is required per trunk show; patterns may be selected across one or more quilts (for example, two sets of six).

• The Borrower is responsible for all shipping costs to and from their location.

• Return shipments must include tracking and insurance for the full value of the trunk show.

• The Borrower is responsible for any loss or damage during the trunk show or return transit.

• Failure to return or ship the trunk show on time may result in additional fees or restrictions on future participation.
